kob:
did some under the hood fixes to my comment handling, somehow old code made it back on the server :-( ... and added some improvements to my CMS.

I still get plenty of spam, maybe I need to add some number that you have to copy to some field because all comments are read by me before anyone else can read them and the amount of spam is annoying.

I missed it... well sort of. Still three days remained but the movies that I picked were either the days before or no tickets were left. To bad... I should register for there newsletter so this shouldn't happen again.

Nihon at the Long night of the Museums:
Melanie B. told me that she and two of her fellow students from the Japan studies are performing Japanese music at the Deutsches Filmmuseum (20:00, 21:00, 23:00, 24:00).

Washed my ipod nano… last month. Hoped it would be dry by now but I guess I need to exchange the battery so its not a stationary pod. *stupid me*

Ashura (Sat April 22, 2006)

Great pictures, in 3 greyish scenes there were bold red blossom floating from the sky. plain beautiful.
Yet a sad sad love story.

The theatre bits were so funny, espacialy the way they spoke. High pitched and a weird intonation. Makes me want to see old school japanese theatre, if just my japanese was better.

And many martial arts bits. Jumping from roof to roof, sword fights, ... Yeah Yeah, kill those nasty daemons; But it wasnt a "killemall hollywood-style leave your brain at the ticket counter"-class movie with shallow jokes.

This movie is funny, poetic, epic, sad. if you have the chance see it.
Rating: A+
